At Teddy Blake, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the handbag is in its original, unused condition with all protective plastic, dust bags, and tags still attached before placing it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team in Italy inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
